Thank you for shopping with Reawaken Theory! Every piece of custom decor we create—from our vinyl records to our posters and aesthetic mirrors—is made to order specifically for you. Please review our shipping and processing timelines below.

Order Processing Time
Because your items are 100% custom-made, please allow 7 to 10 business days for our team to design, manufacture, and securely pack your order before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer a simple, flat-rate shipping option for all orders delivered to the United States.

Standard US Shipping: $30.00 Flat Rate

Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 10 working days (after production is complete).

Note: We partner with premium international carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) to ensure your custom pieces arrive safely. While many packages arrive within a week of dispatch, delivery delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier volume, or customs clearance, which are outside of our control.

🚨 International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT)
All orders shipped to the United States are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

What this means for you:

The $30 shipping fee you pay at checkout covers the cost of the international freight only. It does not cover any US import taxes, customs duties, or carrier disbursement fees.

As of 2026, US Customs and Border Protection may apply an import surcharge to your package.

The customer (the importer) is 100% responsible for paying these customs duties. * If duties apply, the shipping carrier (FedEx/DHL/UPS) will contact you directly via email, text, or at your door to collect this payment before they will hand over the package.

Unpaid Duties and Refused Packages
If you refuse to pay the required customs duties, the carrier will hold your package and eventually abandon or destroy it.

Because our products are entirely custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds for packages that are abandoned, destroyed, or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees. Please keep an eye on your tracking link and be prepared to pay any local import fees to ensure a smooth delivery!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update with your package's live location.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or building management. Reawaken Theory is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
