At Reawaken Theory, every single order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the highly personalized nature of our production process, we have strict guidelines regarding returns and replacements.
All Sales Are Final
Because your items are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details, customization choices, and shipping address before completing your checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack our products with extreme care, but we understand that rough handling during international transit can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a free replacement.
To protect against fraudulent claims, we require strict documentation to process a replacement. You must contact us within 36 hours of the delivery timestamp.
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:
An unboxing video: A continuous, unedited video showing the package being opened for the first time.
Photos of the shipping box: Showing all sides of the exterior packaging and the shipping label.
Photos of the damage: Clear, well-lit photos showing the damage to the specific item(s).
How to Submit a Claim:
Please email your video, photos, and your Order Number to support@reawakentheory.com within 36 hours of delivery. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, immediately begin production on your replacement at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted after 36 hours, or claims missing the required unboxing video and photographic evidence, will be politely declined.
